I really liked Dawn of a New Day!
It was a great story. Some may have found it difficult to understand why some things were happening. American's tend to forget that Japanese are very formal in comparison to us on a regular basis. Some of the scenes where a boss and a subordinate are interacting may have struck American students as silly and comical. But we all must keep in mind that cultures differ. I really liked that the main character had a dream and he really believed in it. No matter what, he overcame all obstacles and never lost sight of his dream. He believed in himself and his people when everyone told him over and over that he was doomed to fail. I'd like to hope that I have the same sense of perserverence and tenacity as he had.
